We offer a 30-day refund policy on MacDNS purchases. If you are not satisfied with MacDNS, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. Once approved and processed by Dodo Payments, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, policy violations, or manipulative behavior.
